Abstract:
A vehicle wheel controlled in weight balance to mount a rather heavy part in a valve hole, a method of manufacturing the vehicle wheel, and a turning apparatus for the vehicle wheel. The vehicle wheel is characterized in that a locally nonuniform thick wall part or locally nonuniform thin wall part is formed at a rim part in the circumferential direction so that the gravity center of the wheel after the part is installed can be positioned at the center axis of the wheel.
