Abstract:
A vehicle wireless device (100) comprises, on the upper-side surface of a circuit substrate (3), an (L)-shaped antenna (4) having a substrate parallel part (42) that faces the circuit substrate (3). A ground pattern (35) serving as a ground plate is formed on the lower-side surface of the circuit substrate (3) so as to avoid a region overlapping the substrate parallel part (42). Further, a portion overlapping the substrate parallel part (42) in a bottom surface part (11) of a case is made of resin and is set so as to transmit radio waves therethrough. Accordingly, it is possible to ensure a fairly long distance from a conductor plate on the rear side of the substrate parallel part (42) to the substrate parallel part (42). Consequently, electric waves can be easily propagated in a direction along a vehicle body metal.
