Abstract:
A pop-up member (5), comprising a load supporting portion (51) and an elastic portion (53), the load supporting portion (51) further comprising a load supporting surface (51c) opposed to a vehicle body (11) and being installed on the rear surface (1c) of a seat (1). The elastic portion (53) is extended from the load supporting portion (51) and comprises a base part (53a) disposed apart from the seat (1) and a free part (53b) extended from the base part (53a) toward the vehicle body (11). When the seat (1) is locked to the vehicle body (11) by a lock mechanism, the load supporting portion (51) supports the load of the seat (1) and the elastic portion (53) is bent so as to swell to the opposite side of the load supporting portion (51).
