The purpose of the present invention is to improve the ease of getting into and out of a vehicle while maintaining the rigidity of a chassis frame. The vehicle (1A) with rear-facing front seat is equipped with a rear-facing front seat (20) and a front-facing rear seat (20), four wheels (3), a drive source (5), a steering mechanism (6) and a chassis frame (30). The chassis frame (30) has the following components: (A) a ceiling frame (31) which includes two ceiling transverse frames (32), a right ceiling frame (33) and a left ceiling frame (34); (B) a floor fame (36) including two transversal floor frames (37), a right floor frame (38) and a left floor frame (39), the floor frame (36) being positioned beneath the ceiling frame (31); (C) a front H-shaped frame (41) including two front pillars (42), the upper parts of which are further towards the front than the lower parts thereof, and a front intermediate transverse frame (43) which supports at least part (9) of either the drive source or the steering mechanism, which are heavy components in the front of the vehicle; and (D) a rear frame (45) including two rear pillars (47), the upper parts of which are further towards the rear than the lower parts thereof.
