Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a vehicle with a side kickstand such that a single acceleration detector has combined functions of detecting the state of the side kickstand and detecting the orientation of the vehicle when traveling. [Solution] On a vehicle with a side kickstand, an acceleration detector (19) is disposed in a side kickstand portion (6) mounted to a main body (4) of the vehicle (1) . The vehicle with the side kickstand is equipped with a CPU (26) which detects the state of the side kickstand portion on the basis of the detection signal from the acceleration detector (19) during a side kickstand state detection mode, and detects the orientation state of the main body (4) of the vehicle (1) during an orientation detection mode .
