Abstract:

The purpose of the invention is to provide a two-front-wheel vehicle equipped with a steering-force-imparting device (EPS) which exhibits the function of suppressing behavior that would increase vertical angle and which is not likely to cause the rider to feel uneasy. A vehicle (1) is provided with an EPS (70) for imparting assist force to a steering force transmission mechanism (6), a turning-force-imparting device (EPL) (90) for imparting force that turns a body frame (21) to a cross member (51) of a link mechanism (5), and a control unit (80) for controlling the EPS (70) and the EPL (90). The control unit (80) determines, in accordance with physical quantities including at least vehicle speed and vertical angle, an EPS command value that determines the magnitude of output torque of the EPS (70) and an EPL command value that determines the magnitude of output torque of the EPL (90). When the vertical angle is not 0 degrees, the control unit (80) increases the ratio a/b of the EPL command value b to the EPS command value a in proportion to the increase in vehicle speed when physical quantities excluding vehicle speed are constant.
