Abstract:
Provided is a vehicle in which an internal combustion engine can be suitably assisted by a rotating electrical machine. The vehicle (10) is provided with an internal combustion engine (32), a rotating electrical machine (34), a transmission (38), a clutch (36) placed between the transmission (38) and the combination of the internal combustion engine (32) and rotating electrical machine (34), and a motive power control device (28) that controls the motive power of the internal combustion engine (32) and the rotating electrical machine (34). The motive power control device (28) calculates additional motive power for the rotating electrical machine (34) on the basis of the difference between the motive-power-transmitting capacity of the clutch (36) and the motive power of the internal combustion engine (32).
