Abstract:
Provided is a vehicle wherein the painting quality of the inner panel portion is improved by means of an easy method. The vehicle is painted by means of a painting method comprising: a first basecoating step 3 and second basecoating step 4 for painting the outer panel portion of the vehicle with colored paint to form a basecoat; a clear inner panel correction step 5 for applying clear paint to the inner panel portion, which is a portion visible from outside the vehicle when closably openable portions of the vehicle are opened following the second basecoating step 4, and forming an inner panel clearcoat; and a clearcoating step 6 for applying clear paint to the outer panel portion following the clear inner panel correction step 5. The clear paint to be applied in the clearcoating step 6 is colorless and transparent, and the clear paint to be applied in the clear inner panel correction step 5 is of color similar to the paint coat on the outer panel portion.
