Abstract:
Provided is a vehicle capable of achieving both stable communication in an ECU comprising a communication unit for unlocking a handle lock module, and anti-theft properties. The vehicle has a body frame 11 that includes: a steering shaft; a head tube 18 for supporting the steering shaft so as to rotate; and a seat rail 30 that is positioned beneath a seat where an occupant sits and is fixed to a seat 17; and comprises a communication unit 44 for communicating with a smart key 43 (vehicle external device), wherein the communication unit 44 is provided beneath the seat rail 30, more externally than the seat rail 30 in the vehicle width direction, in an enclosed space inside of a side cover 32 (vehicle body cover) that protects vehicle body components.
