[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a vehicular air-conditioning apparatus in which, even when a plurality of heat exchangers for heating are provided, mis-assembly resulting from misplacement thereof is prevented; and a frame body that is applied thereto. [Solution] This vehicular air-conditioning device 1 is provided with a case 10 in which an air passage 11 is formed for passing an air stream therethrough, and a plurality of heat exchangers for heating 5A, 5B which are arranged in series in the direction of the air stream, wherein: the heat exchangers for heating are housed within a storage section 21 provided to a single frame body 20; the case has, in a lateral face 13 thereof, an attachment/detachment port 12 through which the frame body is attached or detached; the frame body is capable of being attached to or detached from the case while holding the heat exchangers for heating therein; at least one of the lateral faces 22a, 22b of the frame body that face each other in the attachment/detachment direction of the frame body to/from the case is configured to have a shape that corresponds to the shape of the attachment/detachment port and that is asymmetrical with respect to a rotational direction around an axis in a top-bottom direction, a front-back direction, and a right-left direction of the case.
