Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a vehicular air-conditioning device configured to alleviate frosting of the exterior heat exchanger when the vehicle is running after being disconnected from an external power source, so that the period during which the heating operation can be carried out at high-level efficiency can be extended. [Solution] This vehicular air-conditioning device has a battery 55 that can be charged from an external power source, and a controller 32 that, by causing an exterior heat exchanger 7 to absorb heat, performs a heating operation to heat the passenger compartment. The controller 32 is enabled to perform air preconditioning for preliminarily heating the passenger compartment before the vehicle is boarded. When air preconditioning is performed while the battery 55 is connected to the external power source, the passenger compartment is heated without the exterior heat exchanger 7 being employed, and a target temperature for heating control in the air preconditioning is changed so that the target temperature rises from a reference value for the target temperature.
