A vehicular air-conditioning/ventilation device (10) that is to be provided to a vehicle. The vehicular air-conditioning/ventilation device (10) comprises an air supply duct that connects the outside of the vehicle and the inside of the vehicle, an exhaust duct that connects the outside of the vehicle and the inside of the vehicle and intersects the air supply duct, a first air supply blower that is provided to the air supply duct and generates an air supply flow (56) that is directed toward the inside of the vehicle inside the air supply duct, and an exhaust blower that is provided to the exhaust duct and generates an exhaust flow (57) that is directed from the inside of the vehicle toward the outside of the vehicle inside the exhaust duct. The vehicular air-conditioning/ventilation device (10) also comprises a heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the air supply flow (56) and the exhaust flow (57), a storage battery (102) that is arranged upstream of the heat exchanger in the exhaust duct and is used to drive the vehicle, and an inside-air merging duct (23) that merges into the air supply duct downstream of the heat exchanger and connects the air supply duct and the inside of the vehicle.
