Abstract:
This vehicular audio system comprises: a first driver seat speaker which is disposed forward of a driver seat; a second driver seat speaker which is disposed on a passenger seat side, in the vehicle width direction, relative to the first driver seat speaker, and which has directivity narrower than that of the first driver seat speaker; a first passenger seat speaker which is disposed forward of a passenger seat; a second passenger seat speaker which is disposed on the driver seat side, in the vehicle width direction, relative to the first passenger seat speaker and which has directivity narrower than that of the first passenger seat speaker; and a delay processing unit that delays an audio signal to be outputted to one speaker, between the first driver seat speaker and the second driver seat speaker, that is closer to the driver seat relative to an audio signal to be outputted to the other speaker that is farther from the driver seat, and that delays an audio signal to be outputted to one speaker, between the first passenger seat speaker and the second passenger seat speaker, that is closer to the passenger seat relative to an audio signal to be outputted to the other speaker that is farther from the passenger seat.
