Abstract:
Disclosed is a vehicular back processing system capable of reliably grasping, during restoration, whether or not an object is approaching a vehicular body from the back.
The vehicular back processing system comprises: a filter (4) mounted in an exhaust passage (3) of an engine (2), for collecting a PM; a PM-collection/accumulation amount detecting means (6) for detecting the quantity of PM accumulation in the filter (4); a fuel injector (7) for burning and removing the PM accumulated in the filter (4), to restore the filter (4); a back monitor camera (8) for monitoring the back of the vehicular body; a display device (9) for displaying monitor information from the back monitor camera (8); and a controller (10) including a restoration unit for performing a control operation, in which the fuel injector (7) is actuated to perform the restoration. The controller (10) is constituted to include a display continuing unit for performing a control operation, in which the monitor information from the back monitor camera (8) is continuously displayed in a display screen (9a) of the display device (9), during the restoration by the fuel injector (7).
