Abstract:
Disclosed are a vehicular camera and a manufacturing method therefor. The vehicular camera comprises a rear housing, a front housing, a lens mounted in the front housing, and a sensor fixed on the rear housing. The front housing and the rear housing are laser-welded so that a sealed cavity used for accommodating the lens and the sensor is formed between the front housing and the rear housing. The focal length of the lens is adjusted by adjusting the distance between the sensor and the lens, and the distance between the sensor and the lens is adjusted by adjusting the welding heights of the front housing and the rear housing. The present invention has the advantages that: the manufacturing process is simple, the production efficiency is high, and the defect-free rate is high; the front housing and the rear housing are welded together, no additional waterproof component is required, and outside water is thoroughly prevented from entering a camera body; the focal length is determined and adjusted from time to time during welding of the front housing and the rear housing; the tolerances of components can be eliminated by adjusting the laser welding heights of the front housing and the rear housing, and it is ensured that the focal length of each product can be adjusted to an optimal state; the front housing and the rear housing are laser-welded, the components are heated by light, and other components are not affected.
