Abstract:
A charger (42) is configured to be capable of converting electric power received from an external power supply (400) into electric power charged to a power storage device (MB). A user input unit (31) receives an upper limit value input by a user. A control device (30) controls the charger (42) so that the input upper limit value serves as an upper limit value for a charging current provided from the charger (42) to charge the power storage device (MB).
