Abstract:

Provided is a vehicular control device that can drive an opening/closing body, such as a door of a vehicle, to open/close with a simple structure and at lower cost, even in a state where both hands are occupied with e.g. luggage. This vehicular control device comprises: an operation intention detection unit (30a) that is provided to a tire (21a) or a wheel (22a) of a vehicle (10), and that detects whether or not a user has an intention to operate an opening/closing body of the vehicle; an operation intention acquisition unit (3) that is provided to the vehicle body of the vehicle, and that acquires the user's operation intention; an ID code acquisition unit (3) that acquires, from a mobile device (1) possessed by the user, an ID code for identifying the user or the mobile device; an ID code determination unit (4) that determines whether the ID code is correct or not; a condition determination unit (4) that determines whether an output condition for outputting movement instruction information, which instructs the opening/closing body to move, is satisfied or not on the basis of the user's operation intention and the ID code determination result; and an output unit (4) that outputs the movement instruction information when the output condition is satisfied.
