Abstract:
Provided is a vehicular display device that is mounted to a vehicle and displays information, the vehicular display device comprising: a near-infrared light irradiation unit (80, 280, 380, 480, 580, 680, 780, 880, 980, 1080, 1180) for irradiating a visible side with near-infrared light including light with a wavelength at the upper bound of visible light; and a simulation unit (3, 203, 303, 403, 503, 603, 703, 803, 903, 1003, 1103) for simulating light with a wavelength at the upper bound of visible light. Also provided is an imaging system that is disposed inside a vehicular display device for displaying information about a vehicle, and that illuminates and images an object to be imaged in the vehicle, the imaging system comprising: a near-infrared light irradiation unit; and an imaging unit (60) for imaging an object to be imaged that is illuminated by the near-infrared light irradiation unit. Light at the upper bound of visible light irradiated by the near-infrared light irradiation unit is simulated by the simulation unit provided in the vehicular display device.
