Abstract:
A vehicular light switch (11) can change the mode of an exterior-illuminating light by rotating to different positions including an auto setting (13) and a small setting (14). If the position of the vehicular light switch (11) is rotated to the small setting (14), a momentary mechanism (36) returns the position to the auto setting (13). If extravehicular brightness is less than a prescribed value and the position is rotated to the small setting (14) whilst the vehicle is stationary, a first light controller (41) turns off a low-beam light (21), and turns on the low-beam light (21) if the vehicle runs afterwards. If extravehicular brightness is less than a prescribed value and the position is rotated to the small setting (21) whilst the vehicle is running, a second light controller (42) keeps the low-beam light (21) turned on.
