Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a vehicular mounted imaging apparatus that is capable of appropriately removing water drops adhering to the lens of a camera. [Solution] A vehicular mounted imaging apparatus according to the present invention has: a vehicular mounted camera; a moisture removing unit; and an air passage. The vehicular mounted camera is deployed outside a vehicle. The moisture removing unit has: a capturing port through which moving air due to vehicle traveling is captured; and an exhaust port through which the moving air is discharged, and removes moisture contained in the moving air. The air passage has a discharge port which is connected to the exhaust port, and through which the moving air is sprayed at the lens of the camera or a lens cover, the moving air having the moisture removed therefrom by the moisture removing unit.
