Abstract:
According to the present invention, a door mirror device 100 is provided with: a housing 10 mounted on a door of a vehicle and having an opening 10a facing a rear portion of the vehicle; a mirror body 20 disposed in the opening 10a of the housing 10 and having a light reflection region 21 that reflects light incident from the outside of the housing 10 and a light transmission region 22 through which the light can pass into the housing 10; a mirror driving unit 30 supported by the housing 10 and adjusting the orientation of the mirror body 20; and an image capturing unit 40 which is fixed inside the housing 10 and captures an image of the rear portion of the vehicle through the light transmission region 22, and in which an image capturing optical axis AX2 is inclined toward the outside of the vehicle with respect to a reflection optical axis AX1 of the light reflection region 21.
