A charger (44) converts an electric power which is fed from an AC power source (60) outside of a vehicle into a predetermined charging voltage. A relay (46) is interposed between the charger (44) and a storage device (10). A charging ECU (50) controls the charger (44) and the relay (46). An AC/DC converter (48) converts an electric power which is fed from the AC power source (60) into a predetermined power source voltage, and feeds the electric power, which was converted into the power source voltage, to a charging device, which is constituted of the charger (44), the relay (46) and the charging ECU (50). At the charging time of the storage device (10) by the AC power source (60), the charging device operates by receiving the operating electric power from the AC/DC converter (48).
