Abstract:
The present embodiment comprises: a compressor for compressing a refrigerant, a compressor intake channel and a compressor discharge channel being connected to the compressor; a condenser connected to the compressor discharge channel so as to condense the refrigerant, a condenser exit channel being connected to the condenser; a battery module heat exchanger having a cooling channel formed therein so as to cool a plurality of battery modules; a supercooling heat exchanger connected to the condenser exit channel, the supercooling heat exchanger having a first channel formed therein such that the refrigerant flows from the condenser and passes through the first channel, the supercooling heat exchanger having a second channel formed therein such that the refrigerant that has passed through the cooling channel cools the refrigerant in the first channel, and the supercooling heat exchanger being connected to the compressor intake channel; a first expansion mechanism for expanding the refrigerant between the first channel and the cooling channel; a second expansion mechanism connected to the condenser exit channel so as to expand the refrigerant that flows from the condenser; and an evaporator connected to the compressor intake channel so as to evaporate the refrigerant that has been expanded by the second expansion mechanism. The present embodiment is advantageous in that a plurality of battery modules can be evenly cooled such that the temperature deviation among the plurality of battery modules can be minimized, and degradation of performance of the battery modules resulting from the temperature deviation among the plurality of battery modules can be minimized.
