Abstract:
Disclosed is a vein image capturing device comprising an illumination means, an image capturing means, and a support means. The illumination means illuminates a portion of a living body. The image capturing means captures an image of a vein pattern at the portion by receiving a reflection light reflected by the portion. The support means is arranged between the portion and the image capturing means to transmit at least a part of the reflection light and support the illumination means at the side of the portion. The image capturing means is distant from the support means by a distance sufficient for the image capturing means to receive the reflection light.
