Abstract:
A veneer jointing machine, comprising: a veneer feeding body (100), provided with a veneer feeding vehicle (110) for conveying a veneer (500) to be jointed, a veneer feeding positioning plate (120) for limiting a forward position of a veneer to be jointed, and a joint positioning pushing plate (130) for limiting a stop position of the veneer feeding vehicle; a jointing main body (200), provided with a heat-press mechanism; and the veneer to be jointed, placed on the veneer feeding vehicle, wherein one end of the veneer to be jointed is blocked by the veneer feeding positioning plate, in order to limit the forward position thereof. When the veneer feeding vehicle moves to a preset jointing position, the joint positioning pushing plate comes into contact with a jointed veneer (600) placed on the jointing main body, the veneer feeding vehicle stops moving forwards, and the heat-press mechanism moves to joint the veneer to be jointed and the jointed veneer together. The veneer jointing machine operates continuously and stably during sheet production, and effectively ensures uniformity of a veneer joint seam, improving product quality and productivity.
