A veneer removal mechanism (10), a veneer removal device (100), a veneer removal method and a transmission system (1), which relate to the technical field of logistics equipment. The veneer removal mechanism comprises a toggling member (15) and a limiting member (17). An upper end of the toggling member (15) is configured to rotationally connect a removal moving mechanism (20) of the veneer removal device (100). The toggling member (15) is configured to toggle goods (910) on a goods stack (900) away from the goods stack (900). The limiting member (17) is disposed on one side of the toggling member (15), is located between upper and lower ends of the toggling member (15), and may adjust the limit position of the downward rotation of the toggling member (15). The removal efficiency of the veneer removal mechanism (10), the veneer removal device (100), the veneer removal method and the transmission system (1) is high. In the removal process, the deformation of the removed goods (910) is slight, and the present invention may be applied to the removal of a variety of goods (910).
