Abstract:
Provided is a vent technology for an extruder, which, without requiring particular maintenance, enables efficient production of a resin composite material that contributes to realizing the SDGs while ensuring stable dehydration even under a low-temperature kneading condition. The present invention comprises: a cylindrical body (11) that has one end thereof externally connected to a through-hole (36) opened in the inner circumference of a barrel bore (32) through which a melt-kneaded body is extruded in one direction (Z-axis direction); a helicoid body (12) that is positioned in the through-hole (36), that has a helical groove (15) formed in an outer circumference thereof, and that axially rotates inside the cylindrical body (11); and a pipe (17) through which gas or drain liquid passed through the helicoid body (12) and flowing into an interior space (16) of the cylindrical body (11) through the barrel bore (32) is discharged to the outside.
