A ventilation air conditioner, comprising: an air exhaust pipe (100), which is arranged at one side of an indoor unit (200); and an air exhaust nozzle (110), which is arranged at one side of an outdoor unit (300) and is arranged facing towards an outdoor heat exchanger (310) in the outdoor unit (300), wherein the air exhaust nozzle (110) is in communication with the air exhaust pipe (100). Indoor air can flow to the air exhaust nozzle (110) through the air exhaust pipe (100) and blow towards the outdoor heat exchanger (310) via the air exhaust nozzle (110). The heat or cool of discharged indoor air is recovered by the outdoor heat exchanger (310) and is released indoors again; and when an indoor environment is ventilated by the air exhaust pipe (100) and the air exhaust nozzle (110), the loss of heat or cool of the indoor environment is also reduced, such that the fluctuation of the temperature of the indoor environment is decreased, the efficiency of heating or cooling is improved, and the energy consumption of the ventilation air conditioner is reduced.
