Abstract:
Disclosed is a ventilation and air-conditioning apparatus provided with an air charge path extending from an air charge inlet (9) to an air charge outlet (8), an exhaust path extending from an exhaust inlet (10) to an exhaust outlet (7), a heat exchanger (4) which exchanges heat between airflows passing through the air charge path and the exhaust path, a bypass path which is provided in parallel with the exhaust path and which bypasses the heat exchanger (4), an air charge blower (3) for supplying air to the indoor space, an exhaust blower (2) for discharging air to the outdoor space, a damper (12) which switches between a mode that the exhaust air is introduced to the heat exchanger (4) and a mode that the exhaust air is not introduced to the heat exchanger (4), a temperature sensor (11) for measuring the temperature of air supplied to the indoor space, and a control unit (14) for controlling the air charge blower (3), the exhaust blower (2), and the damper (12). The control unit (14) controls the aperture of the damper (12) on the basis of the output of the temperature sensor (11) so that the temperature of air supplied to the indoor space reaches a predetermined temperature.
