Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a ventilation and air-conditioning structure which is easy to install and maintain in both new and existing buildings and which makes it possible to reduce the power consumption of an air conditioner by using an interlocking outdoor air conditioner and circulate the conditioned outdoor air in a room by utilizing the flow of conditioned air blown from the air conditioner. [Solution] A ventilation and air-conditioning structure R1 comprises: a room 1 that has a floor 10 to a fourth wall 15, including a first wall 13 that serves as the exterior wall of a building, with an air supply port 121 formed in the vicinity of a third wall 14 and an exhaust port 122 formed in the vicinity of the fourth wall 15; an air conditioner 2 that is disposed in the room 1 and has an indoor unit with at least one of the air outlets thereof being capable of blowing air in the direction of a second wall 13; an outdoor air conditioner 3 that is disposed outside the room 1 and has a heat exchanger 31 incorporated in a refrigerant circuit of the air conditioner 2 through a branch pipe 221 branched from a refrigerant pipe 22, and a casing 32 that stores the heat exchanger 31; an air filter device unit 4 that is disposed at the air supply port 121; and an exhaust device 5 that is disposed at the exhaust port 122.
