Title:
VENTILATION APPARATUS CAPABLE OF RECOVERING THERMAL ENERGY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/115463
Kind Code:
A2
Abstract:
The present invention is a ventilation apparatus for minimizing the loss of cooling/heating thermal energy of indoor air during the ventilation of a building. The ventilation apparatus comprises: a main body (10) having air-intake/exhaust ports (11, 12, 13, 14) through which intake/exhaust air flows; an absorption filter (20) arranged in the main body (10) to cool the exhaust air by evaporation; a heat exchanger (30) arranged in the main body (10) to enable heat exchange between the intake air and the exhaust air; a blower fan (40) arranged in the main body (10) to discharge intake/exhaust air to an indoor area and outdoor area, respectively; and a water supply pipe (50) for supplying water to the absorption filter (20). The thus-configured ventilation apparatus may minimize the loss of cooling/heating thermal energy during ventilation and prevent the restart of a cooling/heating apparatus in order to save energy. Moreover, the ventilation apparatus of the present invention may be used as a humidifier during the wintertime, and is thus efficient.
