Provided is a ventilation control device (2) for controlling operation of a ventilation device connected in a communicable manner, the ventilation control device including: a target exhaust air total amount storage unit (14) for storing a target exhaust air total amount, which is a total exhaust air amount to be discharged within a predetermined time; an exhaust capacity storage unit (13) for storing exhaust capacity of the ventilation device connected to the ventilation control device (2); an exhaust air amount acquisition unit (17) for acquiring an exhausted air amount of air exhausted by the ventilation device connected to the ventilation control device (2); an integration unit (18) for integrating the exhausted air amount acquired by the exhaust air amount acquisition unit to calculate an exhausted air total amount; and an exhaust air amount control unit (11) for controlling the ventilation device connected to the ventilation control device (2) so as to achieve, on the basis of the exhausted air total amount integrated by the integration unit (18), the target exhaust air total amount stored in the target exhaust air total amount storage unit (14), a time remaining until a predetermined time, and also on the basis of the exhaust capacity of the ventilation device stored in the exhaust capacity storage unit (13), exhaust of the target exhaust air total amount within the remaining time.
