Abstract:
A ventilation device (200) comprises: a housing (10); a heat exchange element (20) that is positioned within the housing (10) and is for performing heat exchange between air drawn in from outdoors and air drawn in from indoors; and a second fan unit that is positioned within the housing (10) and is for discharging, to the outdoors, the air drawn in from indoors. The housing (10) has a first discharge outlet (116c) and a second discharge outlet (114c) formed therein and is structured such that the discharge outlet that serves as a discharge destination of the second fan unit can be switched.
