Abstract:
Provided is a ventilation filter which reduces contaminated materials that spread to the inside of a casing from the ventilation filter, and has a high diffusion efficiency and a low pressure loss. The ventilation filter has an adhesive layer (1) having a through hole (1a) at least in one area, a flow channel member (2) provided with a flow channel (2a) connected to the through hole (1a), and a ventilation film (3) which covers the flow channel member (2) and also a part of the adhesive layer (1). The peripheral section (3a) of the ventilation film (3) is fixed to the adhesive layer (1), and the flow channel member (2) configures the ventilation filter held in a hollow section formed between the adhesive layer (1) and the ventilation film (3).
