Abstract:
A ventilation member (10) is provided with a supporter (4) comprising a ventilation path (3) (ventilation hole (3)) between an inner space (22) and an outer space (24) of a housing (20); a ventilation film (2) that is arranged on top of the supporter (4), and closes the ventilation path (3) at the outer space (24) side; a cover (6) that is mounted onto the supporter (4) so as to protect the ventilation film (2); and a laser welded section (12) that connects the cover (6) and the supporter (4). The supporter (4) is made, for example, of a first material that can absorb laser light for forming the laser welded section (12) relatively easily. The cover (6) is made of a second material that does not tend to absorb laser light in comparison to the first material, and that can let laser light permeate therethrough.
