Abstract:
Disclosed is a ventilation member provided with a ventilation film (11) having a waterproof property, and a support element (12) having a through-hole (13) having an opening covered by the ventilation film (11). A first area and a second area, between which the opening is located, are opposed to each other, and are contained in the support element at the edge of the opening covered by the ventilation film (11). First angled protrusions (12a) wherein peaks and troughs are alternately arranged, are provided along the edge of the opening in the first area. Second angled protrusions (12b) wherein peaks and troughs are alternately arranged, are provided along the edge of the opening in the second area. The ventilation film (11) is bonded onto the first angled protrusions (12a) and the second angled protrusions (12b), and has a pleat shape or a wave shape wherein peaks and troughs are alternately arranged along the shape of the first angled protrusions (12a) and the second angled protrusions (12b).
