An integrated air-conditioning system according to an embodiment comprises: a ventilation device that includes a first temperature sensor, a first humidity sensor, and a heat exchanger provided on an air intake flow path; an indoor unit for ejecting heat-exchanged air into an indoor space; an outdoor unit for supplying a refrigerant to the ventilation device and the indoor unit; and a controller connected to the ventilation device, the indoor unit, and the outdoor unit. The controller can obtain an indoor temperature from the first temperature sensor or the second temperature sensor, obtain an indoor humidity from the first humidity sensor or the second humidity sensor, and control at least one of the ventilation device or the indoor unit on the basis of the indoor temperature and the indoor humidity.
