Abstract:
Provided is a ventilation system capable of quickly eliminating indoor air pollution with minimal increase in the level of indoor air pollution due to outdoor air pollution in a situation where air pollution can occur indoors. To achieve this, this ventilation system comprises: an air supply means for supplying air indoors from outdoors; an exhaust means for exhausting air from indoors to outdoors; an indoor sensor which detects an indoor pollution factor affecting the level of indoor air pollution; an outdoor pollution level acquisition means for acquiring an outdoor pollution level that is the level of outdoor air pollution; and a control means for controlling the amount of air to be supplied by the air supply means and the amount of air to be exhausted by the exhaust means. The amount of air to be supplied by the air supply means and the amount of air to be exhausted by the exhaust means can be independently changed. Furthermore, the amount of air to be supplied by the air supply means and the amount of air to be exhausted by the exhaust means are changed depending upon the influence on the indoor air pollution level exerted by the flow of pollution indoors from outdoors according to the outdoor pollution level and the amount of air supplied by the air supply means and the influence on the indoor air pollution level exerted by the indoor pollution factor.
