Abstract:
A ventilation system (100) has a heat exchanging ventilation device (11, 21, 22, 31) that is disposed in an individually owned section of a building and that performs heat exchange and ventilation, and a local exhaust ventilation device (41, 51, 52) that is disposed in a shared section of the building and that performs local exhaust ventilation, and the exhaust from the heat exchanging ventilation device (11, 21) is discharged to the shared section. The local exhaust ventilation device (41, 51, 52) comprises a control unit (412, 512, 522) that lowers the ventilated air flow of the local exhaust when detecting a decrease in the ventilated air flow from the heat exchange and ventilation by the heat exchanging ventilation device (11, 21, 22, 31) and a reduction in the air supply flow and the exhaust flow.
