Abstract:
This ventilator (1) suppresses freezing and comprises: an air supply fan (2) which supplies outdoor air indoors; an air exhaust fan (3) which exhausts indoor air outdoors; a total heat exchanger (4) which exchanges heat between the outdoor air and the indoor air and in which a partitioning plate (41) and a spacing plate (42) are alternately stacked, wherein the partitioning plate is a planar member having moisture permeability, and the spacing plate is a corrugated member. The ventilator (1) is characterized by comprising a control device (5) for controlling the operations of the air supply fan (2) and the air exhaust fan (3) on the basis of a state estimation amount calculated by inputting into a total heat exchanger model equation (51a) that represents the characteristics of an indoor temperature sensor (7), an indoor humidity sensor (6), an outdoor temperature sensor (6), and the total heat exchanger (4).
