Abstract:
A verification system for a large-scale weighing machine comprises at least four tension frameworks (11), at least four self-location loading-unloading load measuring devices (12) and a constant-load control device (13). The at least four tension frameworks (11) pass through a weighing platform hole (211) preset on a weighing platform surface (21) of the weighing machine (2), which are connected with a weighing platform foundation (3) and are perpendicular to the weighing platform surface (21). The at least four self-location loading-unloading load measuring devices (12) correspond to the tension frameworks (11). Each self-location loading-unloading load measuring devices (12) comprises a self-location loading-unloading mechanism (121) and a high-precision load measuring instrument (122) which is tightly close to the upper end of the loading-unloading mechanism (121). The high-precision load measuring instrument (122) is at least 3 times as accurate as the weighing machine (2). The constant-load control device (13) is connected with the loading-unloading mechanism (121) and enables the loading-unloading mechanism (121) to maintain constant applied load while loading. The verification system has a rational structure, and can greatly improve operating efficiency and safety and save cost.
