A vertical air conditioner indoor unit (100), and an air conditioner provided with same. The vertical air conditioner indoor unit (100) comprises a unit housing (1), an indoor heat exchanger (2), an indoor fan (3) and an air treatment apparatus (4). The air treatment apparatus (4) is located beneath the unit housing (1), and comprises a housing (41), a guide fan (42) and a water treatment module (43). The inside of the housing (41) is provided with an air treatment air channel (41d) isolated from a heat exchange air channel, and the water treatment module (43) comprises a water treatment piece (431) and a water container (432), the water treatment piece (431) being configured to guide water within the water container (432) towards the air treatment air channel (41d) so that water molecules come into contact with air within the air treatment air channel (41d).
