Abstract:
A vertical cylinder sleeve piston ring friction-wear test device comprises a motor (1) and an oil supply pipe (2), and further comprises a friction force test device (3), a raised holding jaw (5), a piston assembly (6), a positive pressure test device (7), a chuck base (8), an oil storage tank (9) and a heating device (10). A cylinder sleeve to be tested is cut into three test pieces (4) respectively mounted on the holding jaws (5) of a centered electrically powered three-jaw chuck, the raised holding jaws (5) clamping to apply a radial load. A load change between cylinder sleeve piston rings is simulated to test friction and lubricity performance thereof, so as to guide the pairing and selection of a cylinder sleeve piston ring friction pair model.
