Abstract:
A vertical double-chain conveyor, comprising a part feeding tower (1) and a part discharge tower (2) arranged correspondingly to the part feeding tower (1), an electric pool being arranged between the part feeding tower (1) and the part discharge tower (2); a roller bed system (3) arranged on the return line from the part discharge tower (2) to the part feeding tower (1); a chain rail steel structure (4), the two ends thereof respectively being fixed to the part feeding tower (1) and the part discharge tower (2); a horizontal support rail (5) positioned between the part feeding tower (1) and the lower end of the part discharge tower (2); conveyor chains arranged in a chain rail (6), the chain rail (6) being fixedly connected to the chain rail steel structure (4); a drive apparatus (7) arranged on the upper end of the part discharge tower (2), and being used for driving the conveyor chains to move, each set of suspension hangers comprising two suspension rods (8), and the two ends of the suspension rods (8) being suspended on two conveyor chains. The present solution can meet the requirements of batch production, technical level, and quality for the entire automatic conveying of heavy-load wide bodies and large workpieces, and has high working efficiency.
