Abstract:
A vertical emery roller rice milling device, comprising a rice screening cylinder (21) and a rice milling emery roller (23), wherein the rice screening cylinder (21) and the rice milling emery roller (23) are both vertically arranged, the rice screening cylinder (21) is arranged on the outer side of the rice milling emery roller (23) in a surrounding manner and is coaxially arranged with the rice milling emery roller (23), and a gap is maintained between the rice milling emery roller (23) and the rice screening cylinder (21); and the rice milling emery roll (23) comprises a first emery roll (231) and a second emery roll (232), the first emery roll (231) and the second emery roll (232) both being vertically arranged, the first emery roll (231) being arranged on the top of the second emery roll (232), an outer diameter of the second emery roll (232) being greater than that of the first emery roll (231), and the second emery roll (232) being in transition connection with the first emery roll (231) by means of a conical surface. The rice milling device can coarsely grind and finely grind rice, thereby improving the uniformity of grinding.
