Abstract:
In the present invention, a photosensitive layer is formed on the top surface of a planar substrate, and a protruding part and a space part are formed on the photosensitive layer through an exposure and development process. On the basis of the protruding part, frame masters and vertical growth masters having various three-dimensional surfaces are manufactured. Described in the present invention is a method for utilizing the various masters to manufacture an electroforming mold enabling metal growth in electroplating and electroformed products having various shapes. When electroforming is performed through the vertical growth master according to the present invention, the electroformed product grows vertically while experiencing almost no horizontal growth. As the electroformed product grows vertically, a stagnant region also moves upward. The present invention may be applied to three-dimensional electroformed products having pitch sizes of tens of micrometers and line width sizes of several micrometers, or to circuits, flexible circuit boards, meshes, filters, three-dimensional MEMS components, three-dimensional circuits, three-dimensional super-precise structures, transparent heating lines, chip-on-films, and electromagnetic radiation-shielding sheets and the like.
