Abstract:
The present utility model relates to a vertical lifting column. The vertical lifting column comprises a power mechanism, and an inner pipe assembly and an outer pipe assembly which are connected in a nested manner, wherein the inner pipe assembly comprises an inner pipe and a box portion fixed at one end of the inner pipe; the power mechanism is arranged in the box portion; a circular pipe and a lead screw assembly are arranged in the inner pipe assembly; the power mechanism drives the circular pipe by means of a connecting assembly; the lead screw assembly comprises a lead screw and a lead screw nut sleeved on the lead screw; the lead screw nut is connected to the circular pipe and the inner pipe; the lead screw is in screw-thread fit with the lead screw nut; one end of the lead screw extends into the circular pipe, and the other end thereof is fixed to the outer pipe assembly; the lead screw assembly further comprises a box body; the box body is fixedly connected to the other end of the inner pipe; and the lead screw nut is partially or entirely wrapped in the box body. The present utility model avoids the twisting deformation of a driving assembly caused by a traditional force-bearing structure; due to a change in a force-bearing structure, the circular pipe can be made of plastic, thereby reducing the usage amount of metal materials and reducing the weight and costs; and it is quite convenient to assemble and disassemble parts.
