Abstract:
Disclosed is a vertical lifting drilling rig, wherein a well frame (2) is formed of multi-stage well frame modules spliced together; a stationary pulley set (10) and a guide pulley (9) are mounted at an upper end of a well frame base stage (2-1); a lifting lug (2-4-1) at a lower end of each stage of well frame, when actively vertically lifting, is mounted with a moving pulley set (2); the upper ends of the remaining well stages, apart from a well stage (2-5) where an overhead crane (1) is located, are successively horizontally arranged on an opening of the well frame base stage (2-1); an upper end of a front upright (2-4-4) thereof is connected to a rear end of a front upright of an upper stage of well frame placed in the well frame base stage (2-1), and a block (2-8) is mounted on a rear upright (2-4-5) thereof; when actively vertically lifting, the upper stage of well frame drives this stage of well frame to slide into the well frame base stage (2-1) and is passively lifted to be in a vertical state; the rear upright of the upper stage of well frame and the rear upright (2-4-5) of this stage of well frame are connected; and the moving pulley set (12) is detached from the lifting lug of the upper stage of well frame to a lifting lug (2-4-1) of this stage of well frame. Transportation and installation of the well frame (2) are convenient and fast, and the well frame can not only increase the operating efficiency, but can also save on wellfield space, thereby reducing drilling costs.
