Abstract:
A low-NOx boiler, wherein a high-temperature reducing combustion zone is provided at the upper end part of a tubular combustion chamber and a two-stage combustion zone is formed at the middle part of the combustion chamber. That portion of the combustion chamber wall which is located at the lower part of the two-stage combustion zone is narrowed in a tapered shape having an angle of about 35 degrees relative to a vertical line, an ash discharge opening is provided at the bottom of the tapered shape, and a gas outflow opening communicating with a gas introducing path is formed in the lower surface of the two-stage combustion zone. The gas introducing path is connected to a post-processing process after passing through a vapor superheater tube and an economizer.
