Abstract:
A vertical rolling assisting device, comprising a rotating shaft (2), a first drive mechanism, and a swing frame. The first drive mechanism is connected to the rotating shaft, and the swing frame is mounted on the rotating shaft. The first drive mechanism comprises a first oil hydraulic cylinder (3) and a swing arm (4). A first oil cylinder connector (7) is mounted on an extending-out shaft of the first oil hydraulic cylinder. The lower end of the swing arm is connected to the first oil cylinder connector, and the upper end is sleeved with the rotating shaft. The swing frame comprises an upper swing frame (10) and a lower swing frame (11). The upper end of the upper swing frame is mounted on the rotating shaft, and the lower end is hinged with the lower swing frame. A first sliding groove (16) is provided on the side wall of the upper swing frame, and two sliding rails (17) are provided on the side wall of the upper swing frame; the first sliding groove is located between the two sliding rails. A first upper rotating roller (13) is provided inside the upper swing frame. The end portion of the first upper rotating roller extends out of the first sliding groove, and the end portion of the first upper rotating roller is connected to a second drive mechanism. The vertical rolling assisting device is simple in structure, small in occupied space, and high in applicability.
